Working capital is fung used by a company to cost daily operational activities. Working capital management means a management of the working capital elements ie cash, accounts receivable, inventory, and other accounts in current assets. This research aims to determine the effectivenees of working capital management done by Perusahaan star block malang to increase profitability. The result of research about managing working capital in Perusahaan star block malang show that the management wasn\u27t effective yet as the working capital decreased in the past three years. The decreasinginfluenced profitability of the company which shown on the reducation of it\u27s profitability. The effort to increase profitability were done by increasing sales, pushing down the costs, and estimating the use of the cash such as for investment. After making projection by managing cash, account receivable, and inventory effectively, the company successfully could increase the profitability company
